The TW Group Process


Company & Insurance Review —
We review your company’s situation to determine the best solution. Then, we review your current insurance programs, and based on the information we gather, we present multiple options to you with well-organized financial comparisons.
Informed Decision — Based on the qualitative and financial information presented, you will be able to make an informed decision that best meets your company’s insurance needs and budget.

Implementation —
On-site meetings are held with your employees to explain the new program and any options they have. We assist your employee and your company with enrollment forms and we send the information to the insurance company. We follow up to make sure that all employees received ID cards and that your transition is smooth.

Client Services —
TW Group offers a large list of Human Resource (HR) and Group Benefits Administration and Management Services (see right). Companies without an HR department may want to use TW Group for most of these services, while others may choose to use our services selectively. Our focus is to reduce the workload for your management while greatly increasing the communication with your employees.

Renewal Analysis —
Approximately 2-3 months prior to the renewal date, our process begins again, by meeting with you to discuss any and all changes to your company that may impact your Group Benefits insurance. We do a complete market analysis, and will either review the proposed rates with your existing insurance company or market your program to multiple companies based on our evaluation.
